Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Jewelry
Place your items in their original Awe Inspired packaging and secure them in a padded mailer to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
